Customer service officer

Job description and responsibility:

  • Order processing
  • Communication with our foreing customers (mostly UK)
  • Communication with our logistics, production and technical department
  • Monitoring terms of contracts
  • Tracking production status

We require:

  •  At least High school education/University degree
  • Very good knowledge of English – written and spoken – level B2
  • Knowledge of other foreign language is an advantage
  • Previous experiences at the position in customer service min. 2 years
  • Experiences in order processing, communication with foreign customers
  • Responsibility and enthusiasm for work
  • Focus on details
  • Ability to fast decision and logical conclusion
  • Orientation on customer, pleasant behavior
  • Ability to set up priorities under the stress
  • Knowledge of working on PC (especially MS office – Excel)
  • Driving license group B
